Spotty's Fuel System (“the app”) is an internal Google sign-in used by Spotty's Corner staff. It is not offered to the public.
With your permission, the app can read Gmail in the Google account you sign in with, so it can download Space Age fuel quotes and Devin Oil invoices. Some related jobs can send mail from accounts we already control (for example daily pricing and inventory dashboards).
Email contents and attachments are used only to run store fuel operations: logging loads, comparing quotes to invoices, and sending internal reports. We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising.
Files stay on store computers and our private backups (for example invoice PDFs and spreadsheets). Google keeps the original mail in your Gmail account.
We do not share Gmail data with third parties except Google (as the email provider) and people who already work the store’s books and fuel desk.
You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party apps with account access. You can also ask us to delete local copies by emailing susie.benton@gmail.com.
